  • Priority One: Membership, from Crisis to Growth.
    • Establish a National Task Force & Membership Director.
    • Establish a 5 Year Goal to maximize growth 25%+.
    • Former Sons given priority to join.
    • Spouses of DOP should be targeted.
    • Delinquent Members to be targeted.
    • Cyber Membership should be established by District.
    • Associate Membership for At-Large members
    • New Membership Materials & Questionnaire.
  • Supreme Lodge to be given formal job descriptions/liaison roles.
    • Full effort given to membership development.
    • Lodge members to set up mass regional initiation days.
    • Ahepa Day to become a national initiation day.
    • Promote Supreme Convention as the premier event.
    • Liaison role with National Projects.
  • District Governor's Workshop should be expanded.
    • This should include an officer training program.
    • Membership development & maintenance to be stressed.
    • Each District to choose two national projects to support and promote.
    • Establish a moratorium on all new projects.
  • Move to Establish On-Line Meetings for Efficiency & Communication
    • Quarterly on-line meeting for Supreme Lodge and Headquarters to focus on Membership development and maintenance.
    • Expand District Governor’s role with on-line meetings.
  • Chapter Support and Promotion.
    • All chapters to establish permanent mailing address
    • All chapters to have an e-mail address and fax.
    • Monthly mailing to chapters from HQ.
    • Support of a Central Billings Program.
    • Incentives for early payments.
    • Credit Card payments accepted on-line.
    • Ahepa Web Page to list "Honor Roll" of those paid.
  • Return to Greatness: Communication & Publications
    • Expand the interactive capabilities of the web site.
    • Maintain the quality of the "Ahepan."
    • Expand on advertising and joint publications.
    • Greek Fire, “AhepaGram” Monthly Chapter mailings.
    • e-mail communication for all chapters.
    • Column in Greek America, Odyssey and/or Greek American Newspapers.
  • Headquarters to become a Membership Service Center
    "The George Leber Center for American Hellenism"
    • Executive Director for Business Affairs.
    • Director of Membership/Chapters Development.
    • Promote and sustain the Ahepa Archives
    • Explore adding a Grant Writer for new project funds for HQ.
    • 5 year plan for A National Ahepa Research Center, staffed by interns.
    • 5 year plan to Expand Mentor Program and Speaker's Bureau.
  • Ahepa National Unity Forum on Hellenism in America
    • Sponsorship of a National Unity Forum
    • Help coordinate with key Recognized groups.
    • Expand roll and responsibility.
    • Cyprus & Hellenic Affairs should operate as a permanent standing committee reporting at each Supreme Lodge meeting and Governor’s Conference.
    • Coordinate all Congressional Action with key Hellenic Organizations.
  • 5 year Plan to Expand the Role of Educational Foundation.
    • Expand Public Relations & New Financial Sources of Scholarships.
    • Hellenic Cultural Commission reinstituted.
    • Sponsorships of Educational Seminars.
    • Promote the Western Civilization in your schools.
    • Courses in Hellenic Traditions in America .
    • Sponsor a National Week of Greek Letters.
  • Adopt a Commitment to Youth Programs over 5 Years
    • "Journey to Greece" to be Promoted.
    • Future Student Exchanges.
    • Promote transition between Sons and Ahepa.
    • Explore Jr. Chamber type of chapters.
    • Develop new funding and promotion of National Youth Programs .
